Bailout Bill to the rescue! Please, call me William.

If you are a resident of New York who has fallen upon hard times and you are willing to wait in line, then Bailout Bill may be willing to help. No not the Obama/Pelosi and company financial bailout bill, a man that actually goes by the name of “Bailout Bill”.

According to reports, Bailout Bill has been giving away cash directly to those in need, figuring that with all the people atop the financial ladder getting handouts from the government it was time the folks on the bottom get some help as well.

Apparently, in order to get the money you have to go Bailout Bill’s ‘Bailout Booth’ in the heart of Manhattan’s Times Square. It has been described as a small cubicle, where, depending on your story you can get a cash stipend to help out with your present financial dilemmas. How do you know you are eligible to get Bailout Bill’s money? Well, anyone willing to stand in line is eligible. Bailout Bill’s handouts range from $50 to a maximum of $5,000. Oh and don’t worry about getting taxed on Bailout Bill’s gifts as both Federal and NY state tax laws allow anyone to give up to a $13,000 gift to anyone they want without creating any tax obligation.
